Our Comprehensive Assessment Process

Subjective Assessment

We'll take a detailed look at your injury, medical history, and lifestyle to understand any contributing factors to your symptoms.

Objective Assessment

 This includes evaluating your range of movement in the joints above and below the injured area, assisted and passive range of motion testing (to assess ligaments and joints), and functional movements.

Postural Assessment

We'll analyse your posture to identify any discrepancies, such as ear and shoulder levels, leg length, hip height, and foot arches.

Based on these assessments, our therapists will provide a diagnosis and develop a tailored treatment plan to support your full recovery.

Our Triage Approach

We use a triage system to ensure you receive the best possible care. You'll initially be assessed by one of our most experienced sports therapists, who will then coordinate your care with other members of our team as needed.
