  • I'm not too confident in my abilities at the moment, does my fitness capability impact by ability to have Personal Training sessions?
Not at all! No two personal training sessions are the same, our personal trainers tailor each person's sessions completely around them and their comfortability and capability levels. Email if you have any queries at all.
  • Do I need to bring anything with me to my session?
All you need is yourself in some exercise-appropriate clothing and footwear, and a bottle of water to stay hydrated. The important thing is just to make sure you feel comfortable. We provide all the equipment you will need.
  • What time are your classes?
We offer a range of classes at different times to suit all members. Click the link below to view our timetable.
  • Does it matter if I have never done Yoga before and want to join one of your classes?
Absolutely not! Our sessions are inclusive to all ages and capabilities. Our instructors will always talk you through their flows and offer progressions and regressions of every move!
  • Is there parking at Tri Wellness?
When turning into the premises we are an immediate right (in front of the Hungry Horse!). We have a handful of spaces at the front of our premises but if there aren't any spaces, please park at the back (Hungry Horse car park). So instead of turning immediately right just carry on straight and you will see the big space to park.
  • If I have medical issues who do I need to speak to?
When you sign up, you will be asked a series of health questions. There are multiple sections whereby you can tell us about any medical issues. When you arrive at your first session your instructor will also ask you further about these problems if any.
  • I can no longer attend my session or class, who do I contact?
First of all, don’t worry! Life can get busy and things can pop up. We like to ask for 12 hours' notice if you can’t attend a class. You can manage your sessions in your Team Up account. If there is a reason why you have to cancel late just send us an email!
