Our Story
Led by Physical Therapist Rob Butler and inspired by his experience with and understanding of the interconnection of mental and physical health, Tri Wellness was established as a multi-disciplinary wellness hub.
With a mission to help people to live happier and healthier lives, our tranquil hub - just a few minutes walk from Earlswood Lakes - offers members an opportunity to access a variety of services all under one roof.
Through our classes, personal training, therapeutic services, we offer a solution that will nurture your mind, body, and soul. Since opening our doors in Solihull in 2019, we've helped hundreds of people work towards their goals and have built a warm, welcoming community for all.
