GET Moving In Heart Health Month with a Free HIIT Class




This February, Tri Wellness we're offering our community the chance to embrace a healthier lifestyle while focusing on the most important muscle in the body: the heart. In honour of Heart Health Month in the UK, we're offering free High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) classes from February 1st to February 29th. It's our way of supporting your journey to a stronger, healthier heart.


Why Focus on Heart Health?


Heart health is crucial at any age. With cardiovascular diseases being a leading cause of death globally, taking steps to protect your heart is more important than ever. Regular exercise, especially HIIT, has been shown to significantly improve cardiovascular health, increase stamina, and reduce risks associated with heart disease.


What is HIIT?


High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is a training technique that involves quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up, burns more fat in less time, and improves overall cardiovascular fitness.
